Any of you Midwest climbers who frequent Devil's Lake know if dogs are allowed? Are they banned out right or can they be on a leash?

Dogs are allowed at Devils Lake. Rules are for them to be on a leash no longer then 6 feet I believe. A lot of folks won't have their doggy leashed at the crag bottom if the dog is obedient and well behaved and no one objects. I just recently had my 2.5 year old dog up at East Bluff but kept him leashed because I am still working with him to see how good a crag dog he is. There was a friend's dog there too that day and he was not leashed.
